By accessing store.fasalkart.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The marketplace

FasalKart is a marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent, verified sellers. FasalKart facilitates the transaction, payment and delivery but the sale contract for the goods is between you and the seller.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity under your account.

Orders and pricing

Prices are set by sellers and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, unserviceable PIN codes or stock unavailability, with a full refund.
Product images are indicative; always read the label and usage instructions before use.

Payments

We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery where available. FasalKart Coins may be redeemed subject to the coin rules shown at checkout.

Use of agricultural inputs

Seeds, crop protection and nutrition products must be used strictly as directed on the label. Follow all safety, dosage and waiting-period instructions. Neither FasalKart nor the seller is liable for loss arising from misuse, off-label use or failure to follow instructions.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, except seller-provided content, is the property of FasalKart or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasalKart's aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Yavatmal, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
